Carmen Pérez Andújar

Carmen Pérez Andújar has a professional background of more than 20 years, with a consolidated professional career in civil and corporate court cases, criminal business cases and arbitration .

 

She has been the responsible partner of the Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration Department in Evergreen Legal, a legal boutique she joined in 2016 after developing her career in law firms as Pariente & Sánchez Cueto, CPA Abogados and, mainly, Garrigues where she worked during 11 years in the offices of Palma de Mallorca, Warsaw, Bucharest and Barcelona.

 

Currently she is elective Counsel and Vice secretary of Material and Technology of the Spanish Advocacy General Council. She was Deputy and Secretary of the Governing Boyd of the Madrid Bar Association (2012-2017).
