Pedro Arcoverde
Deputy Counsel, ICC International Court of Arbitration (International Chamber of Commerce)
Pedro Arcoverde is a Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in New York since July 2017, working mainly with cases relating to Latin America. He joined the ICC in Paris in 2015 as a Deputy Counsel and has also completed internships with Dechert and Hogan Lovells in Paris. He has a degree in law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (Recife, Brazil) and a master’s degree (with honors) in international economic law from Sciences Po (Paris, France).
Pedro has also served as teaching assistant at Sciences Po in classes relating to arbitration and international contracts in Latin American and has published articles relating mainly to international commercial arbitration. He is admitted to practice law in Brazil and has passed the Paris Bar exam.
